Won auction December 3rd, paid immediately after via Paypal. Item marked "Paid" for two weeks with no postage details given and no communication with me whatsoever. Lodged a request on December 14 after nothing for two weeks, three days later directly sent seller a message asking where my item was. Issued a refund by eBay on December 20 as seller didn't provide tracking information or respond at all. Appalling seller behaviour as this was meant to be a Christmas present. Beware.

seller didn't send item by 3 day recommended time,didn't bother to contact me straight away or straight back after 3 days then offered to reimburse me or send the next day then didn't contact me or post yet again had to contact again then I got my money back because she wasn't just sick she had got covid by then ,so the item wasn't damaged or missing then I said I'd be happy to have it posted afterwards and No Futher Communication back ......very disappointed.
