The laptop was in good condition as described but when I turned it on it made a lot of beeping before it opened up and I was unable to complete the set up. I took it to my computer man who diagnosed the problem as a faulty keyboard. As this seller does not accept returns I instructed him to replace the keyboard at a cost of $60.00. Communication with the seller has been good so I asked him to cover this cost rather than return it for a full refund which after contacting Ebay he had agreed to do.
