There was. thing I noticed the scanner was no properly locked on the back for shipment. It was however well wrapped I give. big kudos for that. Whenever you ship a scanner always push the lock switch on the back off. the unit. As an additional precaution place aa piece aa. piece. of tape over the switch to keep it from being accidently unlocked in shipment. When the scanne isnt locked down damage occurs

Received with (3) chargers missing, (2) belt clips missing, (1) antenna missing and (3) bad batteries. Additionally, he purposely made money on shipping which you aren't supposed to do. You're supposed to charge the actual shipping charges. We contacted him and he couldn't be bothered to reply.
