Unfortunately, the JKEM I received was not what was shown in listing. I provided photos to explain the issue, see attached. I requested a return per their policy, but received no response from the seller and had to involve eBay Customer Service to resolve the issue. Disappointed with seller business practices. Poor packaging. Note - Buyer Beware: Seller has multiple JKEM listing.

Packaging was excellent and very well protected as the box had taken a hit and the foam around the amp worked to stop damage. Amp was just like it was described, but I could have used abit more info on it's working condition.
