The photos represented accurately and the video showing it working was the clincher for me so there was no surprises on arrival of the appearance and I had seen and heard it working. Beautifully packaged to protect it from damage as the chute part is difficult to wrap and easy to break. Thankfully so much care was taken as Australia Post hammered the cardboard box. Without all the bubble wrap I feel the chute would not have survived.
