It came professionally packaged. The assembly and instructions were excellent. I was impressed with quality and how rigid the machine is. I was curious but relatively uninformed about 3d printing and thought I may be buying a fancy toy. Once I assembled it and turned it on, I was able to print test pieces and my own models the quality of which I was pleasantly surprised.

Printer was brand new in box, had never been unpacked or turned on, still had the tape and plastic wrap on the screen. I absolutely love the Kobra 2 Pro, this is my third unit and I have never had any problem with them, they are a great quality build. Delivered in super fast time, great communication, incredible value for money. AAA+++
