    Unfortunately, wrong item was sent to us.( Therefore could not use) . Eventualy we did get a full refund but had to order elsewhere as we needed item urgently. We did not hear back from supplier for over a day after we queried it, and appreciate that they might not be able to reply instantaenously, but without communication for over 24 hours, we simply had to find an alternative.
