    Item was described as "Like New" condition. DVD disc was actually very scratched and far from Like New condition. Contacted seller and they requested I send the item back by recorded/tracked delivery, which I did. Seller refunded original order and postage costs but would not refund return postage costs (£4.50, which they requested). Have tried to contact seller regarding refund for return postage but I cannot get a response. Terrible way to treat a customer.

    I made a genuine mistake on the listing and refunded the FULL amount even before I had received the item back in my possession (I listed 200 items that day). If that is terrible way to treat a customer then I’m very sorry you feel that way. I have received no contact from you since the refund.     Great concert and music.

    A good recording of the reunion concert from around the late 90s. I remembered watching his back then, great to see it again.
