Anyway all's well that ends well and I sent it back and have received a full refund. I am not blaming the seller for the problem as they probably did not know about its existence

I tried contacting the seller several times by texting on ebay and calling on their website telephone number, but he didn't respond at all. I do not recommend this seller to anyone.
