Factory part, updated replacement
This was a direct factory plug-in replacement for my original part. The part number actually superceded the original part for my 2014 Countryman S All4 built in 8/2013. The price was the cheapest around and free shipping, and replacement was pretty straightforward with the right torx screwdriver and a lot of patience. I did not remove the gearshift to replace, only lifted the console around the gearshift to get at the joystick module. Shipping was timely and the OEM box was overpacked in another box for additional protection.

Easy to install and works perfectly. While it is a "used" item, I don't see how a new one could have been in better condition. Guying this one saved quite a bit vs. a new one.
