Wood, binding, all neck and fingerboard materials and workmanship are excellent. The box was bumped during shipping which caused a compression of the wood and binding on the treble bout. I contacted the seller and they very graciously and promptly replied. We agreed on a refund amount. I recommend this seller to any buyer for the quality of goods and the service provided.
