A must for a home office setup using a Thinkpad T or W series laptop
The docking station really is a great add-on to a Thinkpad T or W series laptop. It's great to just come home and dock the system to a comfy keyboard/mouse and dual monitor setup. I did have to update the docks' firmware to fix the BIOS screen not showing when the laptop was docked, but that's not really an issue.

Good dock for decent prices online
Works well with all the extra USB and video connections. Make sure you have the 90w power adapter (or higher) and be aware that the Display Port connections and adjacent HDMI and DVI connections are in a logical OR configuration. You can use the HDMi or 1st displayport and the DVI OR 2nd displayport.
