      High shrink rate, good sealing glue, but stays flexible after shrinking (potential negative based only on your application).

      The material shrinks well, and the glue seems to flow instantly with application of heat. That part is great. However, there is another side.. The material stays pliable. That means that the connection can bend. That is not necessarily good as this is used on stranded wire in my situation, and that bending makes for chances for the strands to break at the connection. That is a rather significant negative. Normal shrink tubing is stiffer as it shrinks. This stuff is not. Another good thing, this material is VERY thick. I have a good sense that it will act to preserve the joint from abrasion due to the thickness of the material. Again, however, that working of the wire connection still bugs me. I am therefore not going with 5 stars, but I will happily offer 4 stars. If that movement is ...

      Good Stuff

      I appreciate the heat shrink tubing with the glue inside like this. It seals everything up so there very little chance of any corrosion occurring. The best.
