      After buying soap from this dupplier, CAD 222.03 was charged to my Visa card. Several days after the supplier unilaterally canceled my order and informed me that a full refund would be issued within a few days. However, upon reviewing the credit activity on my Visa, just CAD 186.25 was refunded. After numerous attempts to resolve this matter with the supplier, he refuses to cover the difference of CAD 35.78. So I lost this amount because this supplier unilaterally cancelled my order !
