    Item arrived with many parts off sprue, contrary to listed photos. Sprues were not individually packaged (open box) and rattled about during shipping. I asked the seller to refund my costs and advised them to claim reimbursement from USPS insurance. The seller told me to do it myself. Why should I spend time and effort for the seller's mistake? Poor customer service.

It was an open box and sprues removed from bags so really no complaints. Parts are in good condition. I would order from this seller again.
