    Refurbished product worth buying

    I have always been cautious about buying used or refurbished items but after buying a xbox one controller and a astro a40 headset for a combined cost of 140 dollars from this company saving around 160 dollars from what they would be brand new. They lived up to there slogan of having very clean and good working refurbished products they both have been working great for me and i would definitely buy from them again.

    1st generation is never the greatest

    Great for being a back up controller for my sons friends when they come over ... and for charging the extra batteries, the only bad thing about this controller is that Microsoft failed to make it easy on the user that like having a headset. It lacks the earphones slot, so you have to buy the extension in order to use your headset. That is the only bad point I can find though.

    Analog stick issue

    I got mine with a broken analog stick. My screen starts to look/move upwards when I use this controller for first person shooter games. Buyers need to be careful. Don't buy this specific model from sellers that don't accept returns. Other than that, the look of this controller is great. So I gave one more star even though it doesn't work properly.

    Needs a headset input

    The controller is pretty much unused by my kids. There's no headset input, and I'm not buying one for $70. My fault for not reading the description thoroughly
