Shipping of item was prompt,but unfortunately whilst in transit, one of two glass bowls within was found to be broken upon delivery, but after contact with seller, he was very understanding and offered to compensate with partial purchase refund which I accepted to mutual satisfaction. The photos represented accurately and the video showing it working was the clincher for me so there was no surprises on arrival of the appearance and I had seen and heard it working. Beautifully packaged to protect it from damage as the chute part is difficult to wrap and easy to break. Thankfully so much care was taken as Australia Post hammered the cardboard box. Without all the bubble wrap I feel the chute would not have survived.
