    The item came in a plastic envelope with no inner packaging. A corner of the envelope had a tear on it. The case itself was heavily used with fraying edges and a deep indent. When I contacted the seller with photos showing the issues on the case, seller immediately suggested a refund which I accepted. I would have preferred to have a usable case, but seller did their best to fix the situation.

    Good flip phone for the price

    The flip phone is a good value for what it does. All I needed is a phone that works when I am not at home. I don't really care about any of the other features, but everything seems to work ok. The 4G works fine. There is no wi-fi, 4G only. If you have a Verizon 4G LTE network extender, the phone will only pick up the 4G service in your house if you have a post-paid plan with verizon and will not work with prepaid plan per verizon technical support? We set up a prepaid plan to save money and found this out afterwards when the extender stopped working? Verizon said that postpaid and prepaid plans use different GPS signals?

    Can you live without your contacts on the phone

    I bought this phone for my husband who is 78 years old. It was difficult for him to open it up and talk on it. For some reason, it would lose is contacts. I liked all the other features it at on it except for the contact issue.

    Great phone

    Got it Saturday , activated it today , was a little hard to activate , cause sim card from my old phone was to small , so had to activate with card that came in it , 30 min or so talking to tech , got it activated , I believe it'll be good little phone for me since I only use talk and text
