My package made it to within 75 miles of my post office and usps lost it for 11 days (ZERO fault of the seller). The seller did such a good job packaging, most of them survived their long ordeal with usps. I was so impressed with the seller’s communication and willingness to help and the great care he took with packaging. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!! I’ll be bringing them to school for my ecology classes to observe detritivores

Seller shipped more (325) than the quantity advertised (250) to account for any deaths in transit. Plenty of food left in container. Shipping warmer did not last as long as USPS ground shipping (5 days from the West to the East Coast). Seller will check the weather conditions before shipping and offers USPS Priority Mail in case this is a problem. Seller has very good communication. Would definitely buy from again!

They were well packaged and they were all alive when they arrived. It took them nearly 5 days to ship via USPS and I was amazed to see everyone was alive and healthy. Believe it or not these guys are super hardy! They are designed by nature to live in weird climates and situations as natures clean up crew. they can survive up to a month in transit.
