    Good for Beginners and Seniors

    Miranda's instructions are very clear and she provides thorough explanations for these simple workouts. These are smooth slowly executed movements that increase your mobility and strengthen all your muscles and bones. She focuses on increasing the flexibility in all your joints. I never realized how much my toes and ankles needed to be made more flexible. Although I never exercised without shoes previously, I can feel the improvement within weeks. The four workouts provided a nice variety for daily workouts.
