    Great phono preamplifier from Rotel

    The Rotel RQ-970BX is inexpensive, but doesn't sound like it. It produces rich, full sound that belies its modest cost. Plus, its dimensions allow to be placed in spaces where full-sized (height-wise) components wouldn't fit. A real bargain for great mid-fi sound.
