Used this on a scintillation counter and received sudden count rate spikes for no apparent reason. There doesn't appear to be any outer ground braid on this cable, nor protection inside the 90degree adapter against arcing from the conductor to the case. No way this can handle 3Kv if I am getting this kind of issue a 900Vdc
