There was some miscommunication during the transaction. It was noted in the listing that the key was missing but when asked if the key code was stamped on the lock cylinder it was stated that there was a 99% chance it was. When I got the bars I was unpleasantly surprised to see you need a discontinued torque wrench (that might occasionally be called a key) to tighten the bars and there is no key or key cylinder. The seller told me its basically my fault for not doing more research.
