The package came in perfect condition, it looks like it has been handled with care which is quite miraculous. The value is great but beware of the government who will ask you for an additional 20% of what you paid if you want the product you BOUGHT. Funny, isn't it? The seller is absolutely great; professional ,helpful and communicative . Many thanks !

Only snag was that it couldn't pair with my phone on Omron App and Omron confirmed it was because it was not for USA/CA market and was not supported. I initiated Return and on receipt of item by the Seller I received my refund the next day!
