When I request refund the seller replied to me this part for different brand. Ask me to send them parts pictures. Wants to see any damage. I sent after no response from the seller. I got the refund through the eBay and I lost my postage cost for the seller fault 😡😡😡

The Seller and I were in communication and I felt happy that finally my item will reach without having to buy a new mixie. What I did not understand is why the Seller did not send the item on a Tracking service. After waiting for 7 days, and contacting Ebay CS, the Seller refunded the money back to me which I felt it was not very good service.
