Seller Refused to communicate or cancel my order even though I placed my cancellation within minutes of paying.. Said she sent item but never did! Then, she re-listed the item without offering a refund. I had to get eBay involved, and then she refunded me & apologized. I have no doubts she had no intentions of communicating or refunding me; otherwise, she would've emailed me back. I will not do business with her again. When I first received the cancellation request I immediately tried to refund your money. It was apparent to me that Ebay had already stepped in and refunded your money. I did receive several message in regards to this issue but every time I went in I received a message that you had already been refunded. When I went into today, I was able to refund your money. I have always been on top of my customers issues and this one was one of them.
