    Item advertised as open box but was heavily refurbished. The included s-pen was a fake. The seller tried to make it right by sending a real S-Pen, only to find out that the s pen slot on the phone was broken. Ended up returning it. It was incorrectly listed, this was a big waste of time and effort and stressful. There's no excuse for listing a refurbished incompletely repaired phone as open box. The seller was diligent in trying to make it better but it should never have been shipped.
