    Quality Food Grade Lubricant

    Molykote 111 is a good viscous food grade and potable water safe silicone grease. I used it on the threads and O-rings of a sticking steam valve in an espresso machine and it appears to have fixed the problem. The valve now operates smoothly with no sticking. Based on the experience of other users, Molykote 111 has a multitude of uses including espresso machines, scuba gear, water valves and taps and engine o-rings. It is not cheap but worth it for the it non-toxic properties.

    Great Lubricant

    This product is the best O ring lubricant you will find. Using this product on thing like squeeze tube on peristaltic pumps also give a better out come than other products. The squeeze tube life is extended and the wear on the drive line is reduced. The other use on the O rings on swimming pool pumps helps eliminate air being introduced into the suction side of the pump. It will also make sealing union O rings much easier.
