In the end, I wasn't able to use the cooler because it didn't fit in my case, but even then the seller was friendly and understanding. A++ seller!

I mentioned some accessories were missing when listing said they were included and got a somewhat snarky response that I could return the item and pay more for something else from China. I will admit price was great and item seems to be working correctly even though it wasn't wrapped in an anti-static bag when shipped. Listing wasn't entirely accurate, but item seems fine.
