- a***0 (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseProduct came in good condition except for the GPU was leaning a lot but can be fixed with a GPU mount. Also one of the HDMI port’s didn’t work. I tried replacing the cable and everything but I switched to a display port worked just fine so it was the HDMI port. Been using it for a few days it runs games smoothly. Also I noticed the GPU lights didn’t work.

I purchased this before and it came damaged from the mounting bracket and they accepted a refund quick so I bought another and as of now it is working well!

No biggie, but then I turn it on and it was super slow to start. And when it finally did the screen was tearing with green and purple streaks and dots everywhere. Went to system it said ‘gpu not installed’ tried reseating a few times to no avail. Popped in old gpu no problem. The condition is definitely not excellent or it was thrown around by shipping.

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Based on this experience I would recommend this seller.

Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.
