      Siatic pain?

I have siatic pain so much it affects the way I walk when the nerves, are being pinched. I used a hanging device that is difficult to use alone, bulky in the garage Now I can use my low bak trax easily daily or 2 times a day. Easily stored. No problems. Most important it works!

      Disappointing

In theory, this should work well and be easy to use: lie down on your back, bend your knees, put the device's pads at the junction of your thighs and torso, and push horizontally. Pushing the upper thighs away from the torso should force the pelvis in the same direction, which, in turn, should stretch the spine and muscles of the back. In practice, although it is super-easy to use, it doesn't quite work: the pads don't push in quite the right direction, and before any stretch is felt, the pads slip towards the knees when the device is horizontal or pointing slightly upwards; if pointed downwards, they cut into the skin but don't move the legs or pelvis at all. The instructions, particularly, the online videos, are very clear as to how to use the device and what "not" to do; but things ...

    • Can’t live without it

This traction bar is the reason I don’t have to pay the chiropractor $50 for a session each week. It has helped keep the pain from my severe disc herniation at a minimum. As long as you use it properly, it can be a great therapeutic tool!

    • Helpful Device

I found after the first time using the device at bedtime that I slept better. I think it definitely works, though I would caution against pushing to hard, which seems to aggravate back pain later. Even though it may feel like you're not doing much with lighter pressure, it still works. Waiting to see long-term effects.

    • Lo-Bak back stretcher

This device is compact and simple to use. I can apply the required pressure to my needs which is great. My back feels significantly better, I am please :-) Additionally it helped to open up my hips which has been useful. I am sore after I use it.as I have tight back muscles and hips. but the instructions say it will take 3 weeks of use before i see better progress, so far it has been 1 week. I would certainly recommend this product.
