The frame is 19.5" wide x 20.5" tall. The FAN box is 20.5" wide x 21.5 tall. The frame was packed w/ pieces of a pool noodle, thin Styrofoam, bubble wrap & tape--not tight causing minor damage to print edges & frame. Seller charged $43.49 shipping, but cost $15.39 (refused to refund). Defensive & rude seller accepted return for a full refund. I canceled it.
