Received in a discreet box with IGI certificate and EBay card stating authenticity. Amazing value! Thank you!

I noticed it upon inspection. I took it to my Jeweler and they said the prongs were worn down causing this. They gave me a quote to rebuild the prongs. I took it back to the seller and they agreed to a partial refund to cover the cost of the prong rebuild. All is good now and I am happy.
