Decent effort with the inimitable Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee, but enlivened considerably by Jon Pertwee.
A certain rather tacky producer stuck sensationalistic titles on various Amicus films which made them sound worse than they actually were. This is a decent, if unremarkable effort which I purchased in order to watch Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee. The peculiar vampire tale featuring Jon Pertwee, however, was the most entertaining. This mildly comic story proved the saving grace of the anthology.

Great series
Amicus made some great anthology movies in the 1960's. The stand out here is Jon Pertwee as an egotistical horror actor who bought a vampire's cloak.
