    Buyer ordered the wrong item. clearly shown in the picture that the item was not the same as what he had before. After delivery, they reported the straps didn’t fit. On review, the buyer’s boots had different straps than shown in our listing. We offered a replacement, but the correct straps cost more and postage would apply. buyer has refused, A full item refund was issued, excluding shipping, as the order matched the description. If it had been our error, we’d have replaced it at no extra cost.
