Included a pic.Received a return label and shipped back same day.That’s when a barrage of messages started saying I had broken it. Saying I was a liar. I shipped back in the same box, same packaging plus additional bubblewrap.Seller messaged when he received, it had been completely destroyed.Told seller his messages felt like harassment.I have now received a REFUND. The buyer broke the clock by putting a battery in it while the pendulum was locked. The buyer shipped the clock back to me with barely any packing materials. I received the clock back totally destroyed. VERY SUSPICIOUS!!! It's obvious the buyer intentionally didn't pack the clock properly so it would get damaged during the return process to hide any proof of how they damaged it by their own negligence.Follow-up from: o***9- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.I was expecting his rebuttal. There it is, that’s the guy I’ve been dealing with. I’m in my 70’s, have a very nice clock collection, know how to set up a clock and recognize when a pendulum has been damaged.
