    The bag arrived in a flimsy box that was busted upon arrival. The bag itself was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. Not very protective. The bag was filthy, dirt was on the straps, the tag, the whole bag.. It was covered in black marks and even had some peeling. When I asked for a refund the seller offered me $30 back to “get it cleaned”. After I refused and asked for a full refund the seller ignored my messages and still hasn’t sent the return label, awful experience.
