    Unfortunately I did not end up receiving this phone as it was not IN STOCK despite it clearly advertising it was in stock at time of sale. The seller DID NOT inform me it was OUT OF STOCK until 3 weeks had passed after purchase, despite the item tracking status initially showing the item had been shipped out. I was then informed that the item had been LOST IN TRANSIT. Big shame really as it was listed at a really good price. I will not deal with this seller again.

    I must add at this time I was never charged for this item even at point of sale which I found a bit strange. I also went on to raise this issue with Ebay under the "Buyer Protection" scheme just in case I was charged on my card further down the road.
