    The shipping was erratic but this is no fault of the seller. USPS is an unknown quantity these days. VERY well packaged! I do not remember there being a mention of a small chip on one of the wings in the description but I may have missed that. It doesn’t bother me on this particular item. The value is significant. I love the item and can’t find another like it.

    Although it was broken on arrival, I had the best experience with this seller. Within 5 minutes (if that) I was credited my money back! Great person to do business with, and will do business again. The package was padded really well. It was just packages as one piece and the lid broke. With ceramics they have to be wrapped separately.
