    Although labeled as a "used" guitar, it was in excellent condition; like new (for my standards). I was amazed! Great price although coming from Japan, and very fast delivery. I will definitely save "sound of sakura" as my preferred stores in japan. Great packaging also; not bulky but very well protected.     cheaper alternative

    This is a solid, analog alternative for the price. I like getting the Jerry Garcia sound. Nothing will beat the smoothness of a Mutron or even the old af9 maxons( have that one) but this is good for 60 bucks. The blend knob is useful to "dampen" the effect a bit if you don't want a sharp volume boost when you pick hard. Its for guitar and bass. the b means it is a newer model not "bass". DOD are really not know for awesome, classic effects but do seem to have some fame in the envelope/autowah realm.

    I have been using these on and off for years.

    I somehow misplaced (it was probably stolen) the DOD FX envelope filter I once had. I am getting back into music so this was a good purchase for some good retro and current sounds.

    Great pedal

    Amazing envelope filter for the price, has a good range of tones for guitar and bass and the blend knob is really helpful in dialing in anything from a subtle filter to full on quack and vowel sounds. Uses a standard 9v input as opposed to the older models and can run off a battery if needed. Highly recommend for funk and fusion playing
