      Seller advertised a portable vacuum with 33 Hepa bags. Vacuum arrived without any bags. I requested that he forward the bags separately. He refused citing the cost of mailing. I proposed a partial refund which he refused. Instead he mailed two bags. The original post which included the 33 bags was obviously designed to attract extra offers. The correspondence about the problem was abrupt and rude. Dishonest seller.
