    First I contacted seller 3x about shipping the item, then 5x about the damage over more than a month. Due to abysmal packaging by seller, the electronics item arrived damaged (not as described). I tried repeatedly to contact the seller, response minimal and very slow when it occurred at all. All I wanted was a partial refund for the damage, the front panel was shattered - safety hazard. Ebay is now impossible to contact, so no help there. I certainly won't be using this seller again.

    The controller is perfect easy to use there is a learning curve however this controller really makes a game performance way better for cod an vanguard awesome is all I can say. The controller is very durable feeling excellent product.

    Actually pretty good for like 20 dollars less

    When it came in the package was a little beat up but I’m assuming that’s just American shipping for you. Everything that would usually be in a licensed controller box is inside and the controller is clean with no problems for any of the buttons. Connecting to my laptop is easy but I use a wire for my Xbox with no visible input delay. It’s really just a cheaper licensed controller, very satisfied.

    Best Controller for Best Play

    This controller is one of the best controllers we've ever used. It is easy to hold, buttons easy to maneuver and the shape is just right! My son, 33, and grandson, 12, both like it very much! I would recommend this controller to everyone and every age.

    Pretty good, but already noticing some issues with disconnecting from Xbox console.

    Not sure if this was used previously and listed as new, but we've already experienced it losing connection to the Xbox and not a result of low batteries. Son was playing, then it just completely lost connection, lights still on, but buttons didn't do anything. Had to reconnect controller to console, which is not something you want to worry about when playing PvP games or battling mobs in Minecraft. Other than connection issue, son loves color & texture grip of controller.

    It's a great deal!

    The controller works great! Functions just like a new controller, only 2 very small marks on the back of the controller and that's it. But, the description says it's supposed to come with 2 AA batteries, mine didn't, but that's not a problem. Overall amazing deal!!👌
