They wouldnt issue refund despite me asking many times. They insisted I cancel order which is odd given they were ones cancelling order. After a couple of weeks of many messages when item due date arrived I went to Ebay to request refund. Seller claimed that item was damaged but at same time was advertising the same item saying 10 in stock.
