    Dimming capability

    Have yet to install but is replacing the exact same switch which failed after more than 10 years of use. Love the dimmer capability as switch will be used for small halogen hockey puck style light for reading before falling asleep.

    Tap and go!

    Easier to operate than regular switch, just tap and light comes on or off, better than fiddling with a toggle type switch.

    Great switch.......know limitations!

    As with all Lutron devises, quality, design and function are excellent. Keep in mind that with all LED dimmers, low end setting is brighter than you may have come to expect from incandescent bulbs/dimmer. LED bulbs, at present, don't dim down to very low brightness levels. That being said, I would recommend this switch for LED applications.

    Not all LUTRON dimmers are the same - the Maestro is more sophisticated than other Lutrons and most other brand dimmers

    Works as it should

    Lutron makes quality products and are easy to install. You can adjust the speed the dimmer fades to off and of coarse the brightness of the fixture. They also make a nice fan timer that works great-get one.
