    I’ve left positive feedback because of her quick communication and I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt. The condition of ‘excellent’ was not at all accurate. The pictures did not include any of the soles (which I then saw were very worn when they arrived). I assumed the soles were in ‘excellent’ condition so did not ask for any pictures. She must be new to selling shoes and providing appropriate info for the buyer. I think she will learn from this experience. She seems like a decent person.
