I bought this for my 2014 Challenger RT... it bolts right on the intake manifold without any modifications needed... I also have a Injen Evolution cold air intake setup and I honestly think I may have to get a custom dyno tune to really notice a big difference in this aftermarket part.. car definitely runs well with it installed
So I own a Challenger T/A 392. I believe the stock throttle body that comes on the car is 80mm. The BBK is 85mm and noticeably larger. Quality of construction on this bad boy appears top notch. Better than stock. Installation was easy and I’m not a mechanic. As far as performance goes I did not notice any real difference. On a car that has 500 horsepower already it’s unlikely that your going to feel an extra 5-10 horsepower. I’m running the stock tune. Perhaps if I tuned the car I could feel a difference, but I doubt it. At least it functions perfectly and looks good in my engine bay. Would I recommend this mod? It depends on how much you’ve already done to your car. If you’ve done pretty much every mod there is and get the modding bug like I did and you have $500 laying around I say go for it.
