    Vacuum was listed as open box, new. Unit received was TOTALLY ions , scratched, chipped, and filter was filthy dirty, and worst of all totally inoperative. I have repeated requested to seller for a return authorization and return shipping label. She ignores my requests and refuses to send return authorization or return shipping label. This business is a total scam artist and gives EBAY a bad name.

    I continually tried to help the buyer with sending in a return request and he was sending me links to try and open for this. I told him I would refund once he shipped the item back but he kept saying to send him a label but he never did send for the return request. Multiple times I co tatted to again explain to request a return and he never did. I tried to make this right but buyer left negative feedback that was false. I tired to resolve this issue with buyer
