Literally had this modem up and running in less than ten minutes...I love this modem! I am using both ethernet and wifi to connect peripherals, and all is perfect. And now for the bad news; after 5 days of flawless operation. the modem started dropping my Internet. I am wired and I use wifi also for some peripherals. One way to get back online is to do a power shut-down. One time the connection came up on it's own, but several times after that it looked terminal, thus the power shut-down and re-start. Not difficult, but I'm waiting for the day it completely quits. Tried customer support, but after three days they have not contacted me.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
