Good kettle - boils water.
Very cool and stylish electric kettle. It gets a little hot and boils the water to a firm 100 deg C (while my previous one turned off at 99 C) I was expecting it would be something more fancy - it's basically just a kettle. Stylish but stopped working after 10 months
We've loved this kettle, it's smart, stylish and looks great in the kitchen. Unfortunately it's just had a major fail - kept cutting out mid-way through heating water and now won't start at all (fuses have been checked, etc). It's not even a year old yet. It's always been descaled regularly and carefully looked after so we're very disappointed. It was relatively expensive so we expected it to last longer than 10/11 months. I've tried repairing kettles before and I know how pointless it is, the manufacturers make it virtually impossible as they want to sell you a new one. Yet another small appliance destined for the local refuse, what a waste. Unfortunately most kettles go this way eventually but our previous ones have never given up so soon after purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Looks nice but could be better
Too much time has gone into making this kettle look pretty. Yes it looks nice on the side as it matches the colour scheme in my kitchen. However, you can't tell how much water is in the kettle as the handle obstructs the fill guage. There is a good reason as the why fill guages are on the side and not under the handle. I really like the design, looks very good in my kitchen. Works like a kettle - no different to previous kettles. Stylish green kettle
