      This product has more features than required, for my usage it's strictly my phone service. Sound quality is good, but could be a little louder.I haven't encountered any dropped calls or any of those little glitches that make a popping sound or a very brief moment of silence. When hooked up with a computer; it records recent numbers who called or left a voicemail message. Magicjack is awesome when used with a lap top or desk top configuration. . If you had your number ported, that means your landline is disconnected and you have to depend on your internet connection more than ever. No internet / no magicjack either. Yesterday we had to go to our providers office because a work crew cut our cable, and we never had a cell phone.....don't want one!. For some people it's a good second line at ...

      For the size of magic jack and what it does it performs excellent and the price is correct you can make your long distance and talk all over For a lot less than what you would pay for normal phone lines.
